Richie was in charge of this activity, and found some patterns for paper kites that look like birds! so, the girls colored their birds, and we cut, and taped and attached thread to them so we could go to the park and fly them. we made the strings short so the kids wouldn't tangle them up too badly, but i did my fair share of untangling a couple of them! it was a lot of fun!
