Abby is 7 months old!

She's so cute, too! Everybody comments on how cute and snuggly she is (as well as how chunky she is), and she's just a very happy, carefree baby! She's a very gradual learner, and is taking her time at starting to crawl, but she gets around. She still doesn't sit up by herself efficiently, but she's a great eater and sleeper, so i'll take what i can get!

S is for Swimming!!

I've never taken the kids to any of the community pools around here, and then i heard about the washington pool. admission is $1 for ages 3 and up, so, for the 5 of us, we paid $3. not a bad deal if you ask me. it was really hot outside (as usual), and the cold water was a really refreshing! they have an awesome little kid section where the water is like 6 inches deep and there's a water slide, and some sprayers. the kids had a blast!

R is for Rainbow

we caught a rainbow using some milk, food coloring, and dish soap. i got the idea here

then we played rainbow math. the kids roll 2 dice and count the dots and color in the rainbow by number. it was a little advanced for molly, but she enjoyed the coloring.

and for a snack, rainbow goldfish, ofcourse!

Q is for Quiver

This is actually a project in the works. they've made their quivers and some arrows, but richie is still working on getting a bow made so they can practice shooting them.
