6 months

Abby is 6 months old now. i can't believe how fast the time has flown! she's super cute, super chunky, and super happy. i love it! Abby is rolling all over the place, blowing raspberries on anyone that'll get close enough, smiling at anybody that will give her attention, and 2 days ago, she got up on her hands and knees and rocked back and forth! i believe we will have a crawler on our hands soon!

I is for Independence Day!

we were going for fireworks!

apparently, it was "lick the napkin" good!

For our "i" day, we made some independence day crafts. we made sparkless sparklers, some fireworks pasta art, and we decorated yummy mini ice cream sandwiches with red, white and blue sprinkles. i felt very festive!

H is for horseshoes and haystacks

G is for Green Eggs and Ham

For our G day, we read, watched and ate Green Eggs and Ham. The kids really seemed to enjoy it!

F is for Flip Flop Fun!

it's been so hot recently, that the girls really didn't want to go outside to hopscotch. so, we made our own hopscotch board in the living room.

For the letter F, the girls decorated some new flip flops, played flip flop hopscotch (used a flip flop instead of a rock), and assembled and ate fruit kabobs.

E is for edible crafts

For our E day, we made edible crafts: cereal necklaces, jelly bean bracelets, and we decorated cinnamon graham crackers with peanut butter, raisins, and scrabble cheez-it crackers. it was a very delicious day!
