I got an epidural this time.  One of the most bizarre things I've ever experienced, by the way...

 

 she weighed 7lbs 6oz

 

Miss Emmalee Paige was born on 5 December 2013 at 12:45am.  She is so beautiful and we are totally in love with her!

Molly's Birthday

Molly turned 5 on November 1st, and we had some friends over to celebrate with a princess party!  They played musical thrones, made tiaras, and had a fancy princess cake that molly and I made together.  Happy birthday my sweet Molly!

3-D Printer

So, Richie and a couple of guys from his work have invested in this pretty awesome 3D printer.  Richie has been doing some trial runs with it, trying to perfect the prints, and so far, he has printed a complete dice set.  He's pretty excited about it, and it's pretty cool to watch!

first day of school

Here are our mandatory first day of school pics.  Lucy is in 4th grade this year, and has 3 different teachers, 2 of which are men.  She was rather nervous about that, but seems to be adjusting well.  Jayne is in 2nd grade, and is still loving school!  They're getting so big!

end of summer fun

our last few days of summer break consisted of playing, potty training, slumber parties, and meeting teachers!  it's been a great summer!

It's been a great Summer!  We didn't travel much, but we've had plenty of family come and visit us here in the heat!  First, my brother and some of his kids came from Washington state, and then Richie's brother and his family came to visit from Utah!  We had a great time playing with all the cousins!  It was great to see how much everyone had grown!

 

 

Richie also celebrated a birthday last week.  He's officially old! :D  The kids had earned some free ice cream certificates from participating in the library's reading program this summer, so we all went out for ice cream to celebrate his birthday!
