i celebrated my 26th birthday last week, and now i am well on my way to fifty! :D i had some friends and my family over for cake and rainbow sherbet (mmmm...sherbet...), and a lady from church made me a cake and surprised me by showing up at our house the night before with it. i felt very special!

Richie decided to actually celebrate and make somewhat of a big deal for my birthday this year since last year we didn't do anything because he was out on a rig for work. yay for recessions! (joking)
